Kindness, compassion, empathy,

To these lip service, nothing more,

Hypocrites galore, weathercocks and whores,

Sniveling sycophants to be abhorred,

Mistakes of one's colleagues, ignored,

Such is the medical profession and more,

Wholly rotten to the core.
